Paul Banwatt
John Durland
Paul has acted as general counsel to multiple companies, including a 3D scanning company where he also served as Chief Operating Officer. He has been admitted to the bar in Ontario and New York, and moonlights as a Juno-nominated musician.
John has a business degree and background in entrepreneurship. Prior to starting as an associate, John worked as an analyst on VC-type investments.
